If there´s a style/commission you´d like to commission from me that doesn´t fit these commission types, I´d be more than happy to negotiate a price with you.

[Terms of Service]

By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms_

• Payment via Paypal only. No refunds• You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned.• I have the right to decline a commission request if the design is too detailed, the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or I’m unable to draw it.• I only work with finished character designs, not descriptions. If you want to order a design commission and afterward an illustration, please let me know in advance.• I don’t draw NSFW or sexually suggestive commissions, underwear and nudity are fine, but not interactions, Furry, heavy mecha, extreme bara, fetish art or anything else that makes me uncomfortable.• I will not accept design commissions if your prompt is vague-• Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.• If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.• If you have any questions, please contact me.• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).• You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.• In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design.• You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.• You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”• I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks. (if you are uncomfortable with it being published you can let me know)

• Commissions are for non-commercial use only. My art cannot be sold for monetary gain. If you're interested in commissioning art for commercial use, please discuss it with me.What are Personal & Commercial use commissions?Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc).

Working progress

Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval. Afterward, you will get a cleaner draft for second approval. Please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork.
Please also keep aware that I offer a limited amount of edits during the sketch phase. Be upfront about the changes you require but keep in mind that there’s a limit to how many times I allow edits. If something isn’t a necessary detail/ change, please don’t list it.
If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. You always receive the PNG file of your artwork along with the different versions including the background and small watermark.

COMMISSION PROCESS

5. Digital files delivered1. After discussing the contents of the commission, I will provide you with a thumbnail sketch for approval or edits.2. Once thumbnails are approved, an upfront payment of 50% of the total price must be paid by the client.3. Once I have completed the commission, the client will be sent the product with an obstructive watermark overlaid on top of it.
-Final minor edits and revisions are still allowed at this point for free.
-Large changes that were not present in the given reference may be accepted with an additional fee. If you are unsure as to what constitutes as a large change, please feel free to ask.4. Upon approval of the final work, the final 50% of the payment must be paid.5. Once payment has been received, the full unwatermarked image will be sent to the client.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

• Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.• Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

• Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.• It is a sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.• Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's account is equal to the invoice amount in USD.

CANCELLATIONS

• Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.• Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. It might result in cancellation of order without any right of Customer to receiving a refund, and may result in refusing any service to the Customer in the future.

Editing

You are free to make minor edits to the adopt design so long as it is still recognizable (i.e., minor hair styling, outfit changes). You may not edit skin tone, nor can you apply these edits to the original artwork; design edits should be expressed in new original or commissioned artwork.

You may not claim to be the creator of the design.You must credit me (@misamisa.draw) as the creator of the design.
